The Kinderwunschzentrum Magdeburg operates on an appointment-based scheduling system. This means that consultation time is reserved exclusively for each patient. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.
If an appointment is cancelled at shorter notice or is missed without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €50.00. Health insurance providers only reimburse appointments that have actually taken place. Missed appointments therefore result in a financial loss for our practice.

Payment terms: The cancellation fee is payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
